In this week's episode of The Flash Podcast, Andy, Tatiana, Breeze, and Lacy got together to cover the world of The Flash, but this time on the big screen for the first time in a good while. The Flash film has been delayed multiple times, but things are beginning to (hopefully) move in the right direction in getting it into production. Michael Keaton's Bruce Wayne a.k.a. Batman from the Tim Burton films is set to join the upcoming DC picture (reportedly doing its own version of Flashpoint) as an older Caped Crusader when Barry creates a new reality after going back in time. But apparently, Keaton's version of the iconic DC hero might be sticking around as he is said to appear in multiple DCEU films! What does this mean? Is this a good move for the film adaptation of the Barry Allen-centric movie? Will the DCEU begin utilizing the Multiverse concept now that the Arrowverse has solidified all of DC's past, present, and future live-action properties through Crisis On Infinite Earths? With The Flash season 6 having come to an early end, given the Coronavirus pandemic, viewers will have to wait patiently for the fastest man alive as season 7 will be premiering on The CW in January 2021. Following the 19th episode, which served as the season finale, what’s next for Eva McCulloch? What happened to Iris West-Allen at the very end inside the Mirrorverse? How will Barry stop Eva from getting away with her lies with barely any speed left? Those are just a handful of questions that will be answered next year. The latest entry into the DC animated universe library is an Elseworlds story and one of DC's most famous ones: Superman: Red Son! It seems like it was only yesterday that The Flash Podcast hit 100 episodes, but three years later, here we are, as the internet's first Flash TV podcast has officially hit 200 episodes! On this milestone episode, Andy Behbakht, Andrew Dyce, Tatiana Hullender, and Swara Salih unite to celebrate 200 episodes of The Flash Podcast as the gang reflects on their respective journeys with the TV show as well as hosting the podcast.
But after almost six years of the beloved CW drama, and just in time for the 200th episode, how well do these hosts know the show? For the milestone episode, the gang is joined by fellow DC TV Podcasts super-friend Rebecca Johnson of Supergirl Radio as she hosts the first ever Flash TV trivia game, to test the gang's knowledge about the show! In addition to all of that, the gang also reads several beautiful emails from the listeners, celebrating the 200th episode of the podcast.

It's not a full episode, but it is a fun time had by all. Or at least by Tatiana and the talented author of The Flash middle-grade novel series, Barry Lyga. On today's mini-episode of The Flash Podcast Season 4.5, Tatiana Hullender holds down the fort and talks all things Barry Allen with the writer who shares his name. Mr. Lyga shares some of his experiences as a comic book writer, discussed his process when writing the first two novels of his series, and even dropped some hints about the third book - aptly titled Tornado Twins. The show that started the Arrowverse, Arrow, is heading into its seventh season as our Emerald Archer faces his biggest challenge: a supermax prison. After Oliver's big decision at the end of Season 6, the vigilantes of Star City are gearing up for their seventh season as the cast and producers previewed what is coming up in Season 7 at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. DC TV Podcasts’ Andy Behbakht (The Flash Podcast, Titans Podcast) was fortunate to attend the press room to chat with the cast and producers what to expect in the new season. One of the great talents present was director, producer and stunt coordinator James Bamford. Throughout the roundtable interview, Bamford spoke about the following for Season 7: -What went into the way the final scene of the Season 6 finale was shot and doing something different -What Oliver's life in prison will be like as he runs into some familiar faces -How Season 7 will be taking the show to new levels of grittiness -What the rest of the team will be up to as they don't' have Oliver there anymore to lead them.
